Find Your Perfect Neighborhood in North Houston

Every city in North Houston has its own vibe, price point, and lifestyle. Here’s your starting point — or just call me and we’ll figure it out together.

Conroe

Conroe is where lake life meets master-planned living — and where most of my clients end up landing. It has the widest range of new construction options in Montgomery County, some of the best community amenities in North Houston, and an easy drive to The Woodlands or Houston. If you want a newer home with room to grow, Conroe is almost always the conversation starter.

The Woodlands

The Woodlands isn’t just a city — it’s a lifestyle. Trails, waterways, top-rated schools, and a walkable town center make it one of the most desirable addresses in all of Texas. It comes at a premium, but for families who want it all within a few miles, the price tag makes sense.

Montgomery

If your clients want space, quiet, and a view of Lake Conroe without paying waterfront prices everywhere, Montgomery is worth a serious look. It’s growing fast but still has that small-town feel — larger lots, newer communities, and a slower pace that a lot of families relocating from big cities genuinely love.

From waterfront homes to new construction neighborhoods, Montgomery provides a variety of options for buyers looking for space, outdoor living, and a strong sense of community.

Willis

Willis is the move for buyers who want brand new construction at a price point that still makes sense. It’s north of Conroe on I-45, which means easy highway access and some of the most affordable new builds in Montgomery County. Growing fast — which also means good long-term value.

Magnolia

Magnolia has a personality all its own — wooded lots, more elbow room, and a small-town feel that’s harder to find in the more built-up parts of North Houston. It’s close enough to The Woodlands to be convenient, but far enough away to feel like you actually escaped. Great for families who want land without going full rural.

Spring

Spring sits right on the southern edge of Montgomery County, which makes it one of the best options for buyers who need to commute into Houston but still want the North Houston lifestyle. Wide range of price points, established neighborhoods, and plenty of newer communities, too.

Tomball

Tomball punches above its weight. A charming historic downtown, a strong sense of community, and newer neighborhoods expanding around the edges make it one of the most underrated cities in North Houston. Great schools, great access, and a personality that’s hard not to like.
